"Do you guys have a brick and mortar?"
No we don't. We either provide sessions at your home, a public location like a library, or over Zoom. We recommend sessions be held in-person, whenever possible.
"Do service packages expire?"
Yes. You will choose the start date of the service package at checkout. A 4 session service package will expire one month after set date and a 8 sessions service package will expire two months after set date.
"I have a child with a learning disability. Can you help?"
Yes! Everyone learns differently and we tailor our teaching methods on what works best for your child.
Please schedule a consultation call and we can work together on finding the best solution for your child.
"Our home is unavailable to host sessions. Can we meet elsewhere?"
Yes, we can meet at a public location, i.e. local coffee shop or public library. The child must have transportation to and from the location, but it is not required a parent stay for the duration of the session.
I bought a service package. Now what do I do?
Please go to the "schedule a service" tab and press "book now" for the service of interest. At checkout, you will be able to pay using your pre-purchased sessions.
"Do you only provide 1.5hr sessions?"
Yes. Summit Academic believes this duration yields the best retention of information.
